DESCRIPTION:North Briones\nTuesday April 4\, 8:30 – Noon \nThis walk begins in oak woodlands with lots of spring wildflowers and birds. We then continue through grasslands ending at Sindicich Lagoons. We return the way we came\, making about a 3 miles round trip with some climbing. Bring liquids & a snack if you wish. \nRating: Category 3 – uphill climb\nElevation change: 300+ feet\nLeader: Cheryl Abel\, 925-957-6229\nMeet: Top of Briones Rd. \nDirections: Meet 8:30 AM in the parking area at the north entrance of Briones Regional Park. Take Briones Road off Alhambra Valley Road and drive up this narrow\, winding road\, park at the end. \nThe field trip is limited to 15 participants.
